I am not on any insurance panels and am considered an out-of-network provider; however, there are two options that might work for you if you’d like to use your insurance benefits.
I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. Any reimbursement details would need to be worked out between you and your insurance company.
I can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits. I use a service called Thrizer that automatically submits superbills for you and allows you to only pay your insurance co-pay for sessions.

Show up for your relationships with yourself and/or others!
Attending scheduled appointments is essential for a successful outcome, and the time available for seeing clients is valuable and limited. Therefore, to cancel or reschedule, you are expected to provide notification within:
24 hours for weekday appointment
48 hours for weekend appointment
72 hours (Friday) before your Monday appointment
Failure to provide notification means you will be responsible for paying for the missed session. This still applies if you get sick, but not if you or a loved one is in a life-threatening emergency.
Please note that there is a 10-minute wait policy. After 10 minutes, and unless you have notified me, I will not engage in services.
Please send me a quick message letting me know you can’t make it! Remember, even though this is a therapeutic relationship, I do care about my clients - about YOU!
